Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the consulting sector. This role requires a self-driven, strategic thinker who can develop relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate how our services can add value. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other creative sales techniques.
- Qualify potential clients and understand their consulting needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM with accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our service offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs, product improvements, and potential service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
